Order Terms

All prices are in US Dollars. Prices, specifications, and availability may change at any time without notice. After placing an order we will send you an automated email confirmation, but the receipt of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether. Business days are 9am - 6pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Other order terms are contained in the FAQ page under the sections headed Pricing and Ordering and Shipping. All orders are subject to these order terms in addition to these Terms of Use. 

After an order is placed and files are submitted, files are pre-production sanity-checked by our designers for file format, dimensions and general graphic design guidelines for the display ordered. If an order is canceled after files are submitted but before production is started, everything except for 15% of the product cost, and all of the shipping cost can be returned. After the time you submit graphics files for custom printing and production, production may start immediately and may ship at any time before the production time listed; once production has started an order cannot be canceled, and will be considered a return.  

Materials charge for changing files after production has started
Stopping production after files have been submitted and production has started causes waste of materials. Stopping production within 24 hours of files being submitted incurs a materials charge of 1/2 the print-only value. The print-only value is 1/2 of the total product cost including framework, not including shipping. After 24 hours the materials charge for changing files is the full print-only value.  After an order ships, files cannot be changed. 


We cannot be responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages. If your package is lost, delayed or damaged by the carrier, you may contact the carrier.
